  6. Drill-Team 1.0 [DRILLTM] (Steve Leonard, reg. fee: $15) helps children
  7. learn their multiplication tables through repetition and rewards. After the
  8. child completes 21 lessons, you must deliver some sort of prize. Each
  9. lesson consists of 50 progressively difficult problems. A certificate can
  10. be printed after successful completion of all lessons. Requires BWCC.DLL.

  14. subtraction, and multiplication flashcard system for Windows.

  16. Finger Spelling for Windows 1.0 [FSWIN] (Alan L. Millet, reg. fee: $15)
  17. allows you to learn and practice Fingerspelling as used in American Sign
  18. Language. Interactive screens let you click on a letter or number to see
  19. its associated sign. There is a flash card mode with adjustable speed and a
  20. matching exercise. You can also create a list of commonly spelled words and
  21. have the program spell back to you in sign language. Requires WIN31 and

  24. Hang Man 1.0 [HMAN10] (CanalRun, Inc., reg. fee: $5) is a game of Hangman
  25. for Windows 3.1. There are three levels of play and a database of words and
  26. phrases is included.

  28. Learn to Sign for Windows 1.1W [LSIGNW1, LSIGNW2] (Adsoft Corporation, reg.
  29. fee: $23) is an excellent tutorial program that teaches the American Sign
  30. Language. It supports left and right handed finger-spelling, includes a
  31. dictionary of signs for 120 common words, and has a built in quiz to test
  32. your knowledge. The program can also translate standard text files up to
  33. 32,000 characters in length into finger spelling. (A DOS version of this
  34. program is available from PsL.)

  36. WinGrade 1.10 [WG] (Terry Van Camp, reg. fee: $25) is a gradebook program
  37. for teachers. Features include options for weighted categories, weighting
  38. of individual tasks, and setting of a minimum percent score to be used in
  39. calculating final grades. All calculations are automatic and always up-to-date.

  69. interesting strategy game for Windows. The players take turns alternately
  70. remove at least one penny from only one row on the playing board. The

  74. game of memory and skill. You must click the images matching the sequence
  75. of notes and images with those played by the program.

  78. falling triangles where you try to form shapes of the same color. This is a
  79. three-level demo.

  82. Pounds Sterling) lets you play a game of Cribbage against the computer.

  114. excellent jigsaw puzzle simulation for Windows 3.1. Puzzles are solved by
  115. dragging and dropping pieces with a mouse. Pieces will automatically snap
  116. together when properly arranged. The program can also find all the edge
  117. pieces and sort pieces by color. Puzzles can be saved in progress for
  118. completion at a later time. 15 colorful puzzles are included. Requires a

  121. Pendulous 1.2 [PEND12] (Kamyan Software, reg. fee: $20) is an interesting
  122. strategy wargame for Windows 3.1. Up to four players (human or computer)
  123. can compete. A Russian Front scenario is included, and a built-in scenario
  124. editor is provided. The game play allows for a wide variety of strategies,
  125. and each game lasts from 15 to 30 minutes.

  127. Pot 'o' Gold [POTOGOLD] (NightHawk Software, reg. fee: $25) is a multimedia
  128. Vegas-style slot machine simulation. It combines digital sound effects with
  129. colorful animation. You simply click on your coin bucket with the mouse to
  130. place your bet, then click on the lever to start the action. If you run out
  131. of money, there is an option to beg the casino manager for credit.
